Because of the fast evolving and complicated world of IT, despite our efforts to prevent it, we are unable to guarantee that your website will never be hacked. With regular maintenance we can certainly reduce the risk.
Depending on the status of your current website updates (you might be well behind security maintenance and a lot of work required to get your site updated) - we may need to quote to update your current site before starting this maintenance program - we will assess this on a case by case basis.
In the uncommon event of a cyber attack on one of the sites we are managing, rest assured that you are not alone and Spike Software will be able to assist you in getting your site cleaned and up & running again if there has been an issue. Any additional costs will be discussed with you so that you can best decide the best way to proceed.
Any issues with incompatibility (perhaps updates of two different plugins) may require further time to fix that is not included in the monthly maintenance program - we will contact you to discuss your options.
